米面包期限及收藏方法 / Rice Bread Expiry Date and Storage Method

米面包收藏方式:
收到面包后首先必须先检查面包的状态(以防运输迟到,面包不新鲜),确保一切安好后,就可切片或将面包从真空袋取出,然后放进冰箱里进行冷藏或冷冻已到达保鲜的效果。

新鲜制作室外-2-3天/ 冷藏-3-5 天/冷冻-3个月

Storage method for rice bread:
Upon receiving the bread, the first step is to inspect its condition (in case of delayed delivery or freshness issues). Once everything is confirmed to be in good order, you can slice the bread or remove it from the vacuum bag, then place it in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Freshly baked bread can be stored for:

  • Outdoor: 2-3 days
  • Refrigerator: 3-5 days
  • Freezer: 3 months

米面包解冻方法
冷冻米面包解冻后的口感其实是可以根据以下的方法来得到改善的:

 1. 蒸:

方法1-将切片好的米面包用锡纸覆盖保湿,然后蒸制。面包遇热后纤维会软化,从而达到柔软的效果。

Thawing Method for Rice Bread The texture of frozen rice bread can actually be improved using the following methods:

  1. Steaming:

Method 1: Cover the sliced rice bread with aluminum foil to retain moisture, then steam. The bread will soften as the fibers react to the heat, achieving a soft texture.



蒸的方法2:

请注意‼️切勿单单使用保鲜膜,因为不耐热所以会释放出化学物质污染到面包。如果别无选择的话,可以先铺一层厨房纸然后再用保鲜膜盖住面包,这样就可减低面包被污染的几率了。

Steaming Method 2:

Please note‼️ Do not use cling film alone, as it is not heat-resistant and may release chemicals that contaminate the bread. If no other option is available, you can first place a layer of kitchen paper and then cover the bread with cling film to reduce the risk of contamination.
