This gluten-free pizza recipe by Huang Baba is completed in two stages. First, you prepare the pizza crust, then bake it partially. After that, you add the toppings and bake it again. This method enhances the pizza’s texture, making the crust more crispy and delightful.

Today, Huang Baba shares the Hawaiian pizza recipe with you. While many people are familiar with this dish, not many know the true origin of its name… including myself. :)
The name "Hawaiian Pizza" is not directly related to the state of Hawaii. It is called "Hawaiian Pizza" primarily because one of its main ingredients is pineapple, which is commonly associated with tropical regions and Hawaii.
Background History:The inventor of Hawaiian pizza is commonly believed to be Sam Panopoulos, a restaurant owner in Chatham, Ontario, Canada. In 1962, Panopoulos and his brothers first tried putting pineapple on pizza at their restaurant. Initially, it was an experimental attempt, but they found that customers responded well to the sweet and salty combination, and it gradually became popular.
Now that you know the story, let’s prepare the pizza filling:

First, clean the chicken and pat it dry. Then, use a meat grinder to mince the chicken breast and set it aside. (Remember not to grind it too finely; leave some texture.)
First, preheat the pan, then add a suitable amount of olive oil. Next, add the chopped shallots and garlic to the pan and sauté them together.
Before adding the chicken to the frying pan, first add an appropriate amount of pepper and sea salt for seasoning.
Next, add the chicken to the frying pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Pour in the pizza tomato sauce and some herbs.
Actually, pizza tomato sauce already has seasoning, so there's no need to add too many extra seasonings. Just add a suitable amount of spices. Then, cook the chicken on medium heat until it's done.
Stir the chicken and tomato sauce over medium heat until the chicken has fully absorbed the sauce. Then remove from heat and set aside. *You can keep the sauce and chicken in separate containers.
