Gluten-Free Roti Canai Wrap! 🥘
Last year, to celebrate Malaysia's 66th Independence Day, Huang Baba shared his self-created gluten-free Roti Canai Wrap version 2.0! The initial version 0.1 used Goglufree's multipurpose flour blend, but to enhance the texture and layers of the wrap, Huang Baba recreated the recipe and developed a more delicious 2.0 version using brown rice bread. This version can be dipped in curry sauce or used as a wrap, offering a unique flavor.
On this 67th Independence Day, we are delighted to share this gluten-free national delicacy once again, wishing Malaysia peace, prosperity, and continued economic success! 🇲🇾

Gluten-Free Roti Canai 2.0 (Egg-Free / Yeast-Free / Baking Powder-Free)
Steps:
- First, prepare the vegetables by cutting the cucumber and carrot into strips and slicing the avocado thinly.
Beat one egg and pour it onto a non-stick pan. Add some seasonings, such as pepper and sea salt.
Before the egg is fully cooked, place the wrap on top. This way, the egg and the wrap will stick together more easily, making it easier to handle when making the wrap.
Flip the wrap over.
Prepare the fillings!
Drizzle the sauce over, then place all the fillings on the wrap and roll it up. And just like that, your roti canai wrap is ready to enjoy!
