珍珠米面包是由高达 60% 胚芽珍珠米制成,属于一种天然无麸质、高纤的健康面包。由于米类本身的特性,冷却后外层容易回硬,这其实是正常现象,也是米制品的特性之一。

→ 建议将整条或切片放入锅中蒸 5~8 分钟

2️⃣ Steam & Then Pan-Fry – Crispy Outside, Soft Inside!
→ After steaming, drain the moisture and lightly pan-fry with coconut or olive oil
→ Creates a crispy edge with a chewy, aromatic rice center – simply irresistible!

(Alternative methods: Oven bake at 180°C for 8 mins, or reheat in an air fryer)

Tips:

Pearl rice bread can also be reheated using an air fryer or oven, but steaming is still the best way to bring out its signature soft and chewy texture!


Since germ-retained pearl rice still contains a small amount of dietary fiber, its blood sugar control effect is slightly lower compared to brown rice or black rice. That said, its naturally soft texture and higher amylopectin content make it especially suitable for children and the elderly with weaker teeth.
