📝 Ingredients for Wraps (Yields ~2 wraps)
    •    Goglufree All purpose Flour: 100g
    •    Brown Sugar: 20g
    •    Oil: 20g
    •    Salt: 2g
    •    Water: 150g

👩‍🍳 Steps for Making Wraps

1️⃣ Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, finishing with the salt.

2️⃣ Pour in 150g water and mix well.

4️⃣ Prepare a non-stick frying pan – no need to preheat or add oil.

5️⃣ Heat the pan on medium heat, pour about 4 spoonfuls of batter onto the pan, and swirl it to form a round shape.

🥔 Mashed Potato Filling Recipe

  • Ingredients:
        •    Russet Potatoes: 2 large or 3 medium
        •    Mayonnaise: Adequate amount
        •    Pepper: 2g
        •    Sea Salt: 2g
        •    Herbs: To taste


  • Steps:
    1️⃣ Steam the potatoes until soft.
    2️⃣ Mash them until smooth.
    3️⃣ Add mayonnaise, pepper, sea salt, and herbs.
    4️⃣ Mix everything evenly.

🥑 Assembling the Wrap

Drizzle mayonnaise and Japanese sweet sauce on the wrap.
