Gluten Free Banana Pancake Recipe (With egg) /无麸质香蕉煎饼食谱-蛋奶版本
Total Pancake/ 煎饼数量:4-5 pcs.

Ingredients 1/材料1
Goglufree Pancake Flour/ 黄爸爸无麸质煎饼粉 -100g

Ingredients 2/ 材料2
Banana/香蕉-100g

Ingredients 3/材料3
Egg/ 蛋 - 1Pcs
Pure Butter(Melted)/纯牛油(室内溶化) - Or Vegetable Oil / 植物油- 10g
Plant Milk or Water/ 植物奶或清水 - 120g
Organic Sugar /有机糖 - 30g

Ingredients 4/ 材料4 - For Sprinkle/外层装饰
Pure Butter/ 纯牛油-  Cut into slices/切片适量
Banana/香蕉- Cut into slices/ 切片适量

Walnut / 核桃 - appropriate amount/适量


Prepare all ingredients:

Step/步骤:

1.First, mash the bananas and mix them well

2. Prepare a large bowl and beat the eggs well. Then pour in butter or vegetable oil and mix well with the eggs.

2.准备大碗将鸡蛋打匀,接着将牛油或植物油倒入和鸡蛋一起搅匀。

3. Pour in milk or vegetable milk and sugar one after another and continue to stir evenly.

4. In the last step, pour the banana and pancake powder into the egg paste, and mix them again.

5. Preheat the frying pan without oil filling (aluminum frying pan is not encouraged because it will stick to the pan)

5.预热不粘锅煎盘, 无需加油(不鼓励采用Aluminium 煎盘,因为会黏锅)

6. Pre heat then transfer to medium heat, prepare a big spoon and pour a spoonful of batter into the frying pan. (measure the size of the pancake by yourself)

6. 预热后调至中火,然后准备一个勺子,然后将一勺的煎饼面糊倒入煎盘中。(自行衡量煎饼的要多大的份量)

7.When the surface of the pancake bubbles, you can turn the pancake upside down, and continue to fry until it is golden brown.

8. Sprinkle butter, banana or dried walnuts on pancakes and enjoy.

No Oil Added on Frying Pan/不鼓励放油在煎盘:
In order to make the western style pancakes appear fluffy, it is not encouraged to put oil in the Pan, so as not to affect the softness of the pancakes.(Aluminium pans are not recommended ) 为了让西式煎饼呈现蓬松的状态,在进行煎饼时不鼓励放油(必需用不粘锅的煎盘),以免影响煎饼的柔软度。

Recommended Oil/提议健康植物油:
Coconut oil / Rice bran oil / Olive oil/ 黄爸爸推荐:椰油/米糠油/橄榄油

2.Recommended Sugar/提议糖:
Molasses/糖蜜。

Ingredients 3/材料3
Vegetables Oil/健康植物油-10g.
Plant Milk or Water/无麸质奶或清水即可 - 120g

Molasses/糖蜜- 30g

*If the banana has sweetness, you can choose not to put sugar.甜度请自行调整,如果香蕉已带有甜味可以选择不放糖。

Ingredients 4/ 材料4 - (For sprinkle/表层装饰)
Banana/香蕉- Cut into slices/ 切片适量

Walnut / 核桃 - appropriate amount/适量

Steps/步骤:

3.Finally, put the banana and pancake powder into the egg paste, and mix them again.最后步骤将香蕉和煎饼粉一起倒入蛋糊中,再次搅拌均匀待用。

4.Preheat non stick frying pan (aluminum frying pan is not encouraged because it will stick to the pan).预热不粘锅煎盘(不鼓励采用Aluminium 煎盘,因为会黏锅)
