《谷留香》创办人黄爸爸自创的糙米面包配方是以糙米、荞麦,等为首为主要原料,因为谷粮含有丰富的复合性碳水化合物和高纤维素,这些营养成分是可以帮助平衡血糖,及加速肠胃蠕动而达到养生的效果。
糙米面包的营养价值:

[Brown Rice Bread]
"Goglufree" founder, Huang Papa, created a recipe for brown rice bread using brown rice and buckwheat as the main ingredients. This is because grains contain rich complex carbohydrates and high fiber, which can help control blood sugar and promote gastrointestinal motility for health benefits.
As it is made with all-natural ingredients without softeners or preservatives, combined with the nature of "rice," the bread's texture may not be as soft as regular bread.
The brown rice and grain composite bread inevitably faces the issue of hardening. Due to the absence of any preservatives, it can only last for 2 days outdoors.
To extend the freshness of the bread, we recommend slicing it upon receipt and storing it in the refrigerator for refrigeration or freezing.
Freezing the bread not only preserves its freshness but also increases the resistant starch content in the bread. Although the texture of the bread may change after freezing, it can be restored to a soft state through our recommended methods.
Each loaf of bread is freshly made upon order. After completion, we let the bread sit for an hour to allow the yeast aroma to fully release before packaging and shipping on the same day, ensuring it reaches the customer fresh.
