Prepare all the ingredients:
Mash the bananas and then pour them into the batter, stirring until well combined.
Prepare a non-stick frying pan.
Brush a thin layer of oil onto the frying pan, then preheat it for 5 minutes over low heat.
Pour the batter into the frying pan (2 scoops), making sure the batter isn't too thin, as it can affect the texture. (As long as the batter doesn't flow downward, it's the right consistency.)
The first piece usually heats up more slowly, so you can use medium heat for it, and flip it when you see bubbles forming on the surface.
First, uncover and check if the bottom has turned golden brown (2 minutes - medium heat), then flip it and fry the other side until it's golden brown, then you can serve it.
Next, for the decorative part, slice the banana into small pieces and arrange them on top of the pancake.
Add some crushed walnuts.
Drizzle with a generous amount of golden syrup.
Enjoy your meal! 🍽️
