煎饼大汇集 ~巧克力/玉蜀黍/蓝莓/南瓜(蛋/无蛋)

煎饼无疑是老少咸宜的早点之一,除了不必花太多时間准备之外,最重要的是由黄爸爸自创的无麸质煎饼粉更是具足了味道与营养的健康早点之一。

除了香蕉之外其实也满多食材可以用来制作煎饼的。为了让大家有更多的选择,黄爸爸将之前研究过的食谱从新整理来个煎饼大汇集,让大家一次过过足煎饼瘾!


香蕉巧克力煎饼(蛋/无蛋)-With English Subtitle

Banana Chocolate Pancake (with egg/without egg)

材料准备/Ingredients Preparation: (4-5 pieces)

如果想准备多人食用的话,就以双倍的材料来进行即可!
Use double the ingredients to proceed if it’s for multiple people to eat!

煎饼粉/Pancake Flour~100g
香蕉/.Banana~100g(无蛋/without egg~150g)
有机可可粉 /.Organic Coco Powder~2tsp
鸡蛋/Egg~1粒
牛油或植物油/Butter or Vegetable Oil- 10 to 20g (self-adjustment)
清水或牛奶/Water or Milk~120g
有机糖/Organic Sugar-30g (甜度请自行调整/self-sweetness adjustment) 

无蛋食谱/Recipe Without Egg:

制作步骤/Steps of production process:
香蕉/Banana-150g 食材照旧即可/amount for other ingredients remain the same.

准备大碗先将所有湿性材料倒入搅匀后再将煎饼粉和糖再次倒入搅匀即可。
Prepare a big size bowl to pour in the wetness ingredients first and then stir well,after that pour in the pancake flour and sugar into the bowl to mix and stir well together.

表层装饰材料/Ingredients for Surface Layer

纯牛油/Pure Butter~切片/cut in pieces
香蕉切片/Banana-cut in pieces~适量/suitable amount
巧克力/Chocolate~适量/suitable amount

步骤/Steps:

1.先将香蕉捣碎备用。
First, smash the bananas for later preparation.

2.准备小碗将煎饼粉和巧克力提前搅拌均匀待用。
Prepare a small size bowl to pour in the pancake flour and chocolate then stir well.

3.准备大碗将鸡蛋打匀,接着将牛油或植物油倒入和鸡蛋一起搅匀。
Prepare a big size bowl and beat up the eggs well, after that pour in the vegetable oil and butter then mix and stir them together with the eggs.

4.接着将牛奶或清水和糖陆续倒入然后继续搅拌均匀。
Later on, continuously to pour in the milk or water and sugar then continue to stir well.

5.最后步骤将香蕉和煎饼粉一起倒入蛋糊中,再次搅拌均匀待用。
Lastly, put the bananas and pancake flour into the egg batter then stir well.

6.预热不粘锅煎盘, 无需加油(不鼓励采用Aluminium 煎盘,因为会黏锅)
Preheat the nonstick frying pan without adding any oil. (do not encourage using Aluminium pan as it will stick on the pan)

7.预热后调至中火,然后准备一个勺子,然后将一勺的煎饼面糊倒入煎盘中。(自行衡量煎饼的要多大的份量)
Turn to a medium heat after preheating the pan, then prepare a big spoon and pour with a spoonful of the pancake batter into the pan. (self-adjustment for the potion of the pancake you want)

8.当煎饼的表面起泡后,可将煎饼翻面,然后继续煎至到呈现金黄色即可。
Turn to a medium heat after preheating the pan, then prepare a big spoon and pour with a spoonful of the pancake batter into the pan. (self-adjustment for the potion of the pancake you want)

9.将牛油,巧克粒,香蕉或干核桃碎撒在煎饼上享用。
Lastly, put butter, chocolate chips or sprinkle some dried walnuts to enjoy the pancakes.

Besides honey it is also suggesting to choose Organic Rice Malt Syrup (lower sweetness level compared to honey)

玉蜀黍粒(蒸熟)/Maize (steamed)~100g
清水或牛奶 /Water or Milk - 30g

1.先将有机玉蜀黍拨成颗粒后蒸熟,接着放入搅伴机加入清水或植物奶打成糊状待用。(记得保留适量的玉蜀黍粒以做表层装饰作用)
First, pluck out the maize from the sweetcorn and steam it, then pour the steamed maize into the blender with water or vegetable milk in order to blend into a mushy. (remember to remain a suitable amount of maize for the decoration on the surface layer)

2.准备大碗将鸡蛋打匀,接着将牛油或植物油倒入和鸡蛋一起搅匀。
Prepare a big size bowl and beat up the eggs, then stir it well after pouring in butter or vegetable oil in it.

3.将牛奶或植物奶和糖陆续倒入然后继续搅拌均匀。
Continuously to pour in the milk or vegetable milk and sugar into it then continue to stir well.

4.最后步骤将玉蜀黍糊和煎饼粉一起倒入蛋糊中,再次搅拌均匀待用。
Last step, pour in the sweetcorn batter and pancake flour into the egg batter and stir well.

5.预热不粘锅煎盘, 无需加油(不鼓励采用Aluminium 煎盘,因为会黏锅)
Preheat the nonstick frying pan without adding any oil. (do not encourage using Aluminium pan as it will stick on the pan)

6.预热后调至中火,然后准备一个勺子,然后将一勺的煎饼面糊倒入煎盘     中。(自行衡量煎饼的要多大的份量)

Lastly, put some butter and sprinkle some maize in order to enjoy the pancakes.

无麸质蓝莓煎饼(蛋/无蛋)

蓝莓酱制作/Ingredients for Blue Berry Jam:

材料/Ingredients:
新鲜蓝莓/Fresh Blue Berries~300g
有机糖/Organic Sugar~50g(甜度自行调整)
清水/Water~30g
柠檬/Lemon Juice~适量/Suitable amount.

自制蓝莓酱的做法步骤/Steps of Blue Berry Jam Production Process:
  1. 新鲜蓝莓清洗干净.Wash and clean up the fresh blue berries....
  2. 放到小锅中,用勺子按碎(可保留一些颗粒)加入50g糖 /Put them into a small pot in order to smash them by using a spoon (can remain some blue berry chunks) then add in 50g of sugar.
  3. 混合均匀,因为量少,所以加入了30g的清水/Mix well then pour in 30g of water as it is only containing a very little amount.
  4. 小火慢熬,熬到粘稠的时候,挤入柠檬汁 /Boil with low heat pressure, and when it became sticky during the boiling process, squeeze in some lemon juice.
  5. 继续熬十分钟,到粘稠状有光亮即可关火 /Continue to boil for 10 minutes, turn off the fire when it has some bright occur on the sticky liquid.
  6. 趁热装入消毒过的瓶子中,倒扣,放冰箱里冷藏保存/Install them into a sterilization bottle when it’s still hot, undercut it then put it into a refrigerator.
  7. 果酱放在冰箱里冷藏,可延续其发酵,味道更赞/The taste of the jam would be even better if continue to fermenting by refrigeration it.

南瓜糊制作/Ingredients for Pumpkin Batter:
南瓜(去皮籽)~150g (选择230-250g 包括皮和籽)
Pumpkin (peel off the seeds)-150g (use 230g-250g including the skin and seeds)

蜜糖~1 茶匙/Honey-1 tea spoon
清水~适量(机器有别,水份自行衡量)/Water-suitable amount (machine is different, self-adjustment for the moisture)

*如果太干机器搅不动的话,可以自行添加水份。*add some moisture if it is too dry that the blender couldn’t stir well.

步骤/Steps:
1.准备大碗将鸡蛋打匀,接着将牛油或植物油倒入和鸡蛋一起搅匀。

2.将牛奶或植物奶和糖陆续倒入然后继续搅拌均匀。
