In terms of texture, since Goglufree rice bread does not contain any softening agents or additives and relies on the natural characteristics of rice, it may have a tendency to become slightly harder. However, this is a deliberate choice made by Mr. Gary to maintain the bread's natural texture. But don't worry, there are ways to improve the slightly rough texture of rice bread.

采用米糠油为御用植物油:

米面包都是在接受订单后新鲜制作的,完成后米面包后至少放置一个小时,静待面包里的酵母气味完全释放出来后才会以“半真空”打包。然后当天一早就发货出去了。务必面包送到顾客手中,依然保持着新鲜的状态。

The rice bread is freshly made upon receiving the order. After completion, the rice bread is left to rest for at least one hour, allowing the yeast aroma inside the bread to fully release before being "semi-vacuum" packed. Then, it is shipped out the next morning. It is crucial that the bread reaches the customer's hands while still maintaining its freshness.

顾客收到面包后首先必须先检查面包的状态(以防运输迟到,面包不新鲜),确保一切安好后,就可切片然后放进冰箱里进行冷藏或冷冻已到达保鲜的效果。(如果因运输延迟导致面包损坏,本公司将会免费另外发一个新的面包以做补偿)但是因个人因素导致面包发霉,因延迟放入冰箱收藏,本公司将不会负起相关责任。(将会以运输的数据作为标准)

Slicing and Storage

Upon receiving the bread, it is important to first check its condition to ensure freshness, especially if there was a delay during transportation. Once everything is in order, you can proceed to slice the bread and place it in the refrigerator for storage or in the freezer for longer preservation. (If the bread is damaged due to transportation delays, our company will provide compensation by sending a new loaf free of charge.) However, please note that our company will not be held responsible if the bread becomes moldy due to personal factors or delayed refrigeration. (Transportation data will be used as the standard.)

请注意‼️切勿单单使用保鲜膜,因为不耐热所以会释放出化学物质污染到面包。如果别无选择的话,可以先铺一层厨房纸然后再用保鲜膜盖住面包,这样就可减低面包被污染的几率了。

面包切片服务只能是自取或 Lalamove 而已。通过poslaju 长途运输不鼓励“切片”, 因为面包容易氧化,而且容易引起发霉的状况。

The bread slicing service is available only for self-collection or delivery through Lalamove. We do not recommend slicing the bread for long-distance transportation via Poslaju. Sliced bread is more prone to oxidation and mold growth during extended shipping periods.
