After the batter is ready, preheat the baking pan.
After preheating, grease the baking pan and then beat 2 eggs separately onto the pan. Next, add some seasonings (black pepper/soy sauce).
Add the filling and cook the bottom over low heat. Then, flip it and cook the inside filling.
Then, pour the new batter into both sides of the pans. Quickly flip the egg pancake, after that remove it, and transfre to the new batter.
Gently tap the top of the cake to secure it in place.
Continue flipping the burger using the same method 2-3 times until the bun is golden brown, then it's ready to be served.
